Get Help Now: Crisis Support Numbers

Love Counselling does not replace emergency helplines or crisis support numbers.
The services I offer are intended for non-urgent mental health and emotional wellbeing support. If you are in danger, are experiencing domestic or sexual violence, or are at high risk of self-harm or suicide, online counselling is not suitable.

In these situations, go to the emergency department of your nearest public hospital or call your national emergency services number.

If you are not in immediate danger but urgently need to speak with a trained counsellor, the following crisis support numbers are national helplines that offer free and confidential support.

People reach out to crisis support numbers for many reasons, including experiences of domestic violence, coercive control, gaslighting, emotional or sexual abuse, grief, suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, bullying, loneliness, addiction, or a recent traumatic event. These services are designed to offer immediate, short-term support when emotions feel overwhelming or safety is at risk. If youโ€™re not in immediate danger and are seeking more regular support, or youโ€™re ready to explore longer-term coaching or therapeutic goals, I invite you toย get in touch with me. I offer a safe, confidential space to talk things through and begin the healing process.
